Overview
The Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering was started in the year 2009 with the idea of equipping young people with the necessary technical knowledge and professional skills needed to address the challenges in the rapidly growing field of Electronics and Communication Engineering and promoting research in this area. The department focuses on the study and application of electronic devices, circuits, and communication equipment. Starting with Fundamentals various subjects which include analog and digital electronics, signal processing, microprocessors and microcontrollers, communication theory, electromagnetic fields and waves, Advanced topics might include wireless communication, optical communication, VLSI (Very Large Scale Integration) design, embedded systems, Satellite Communication and digital signal processing. For this mission, the Department is fully equipped with state-of-the-art laboratories such as DSP, VLSI, Optical & Microwave, and RF/Communication. The department plays a crucial role in driving technological advancements and innovation, making it a dynamic and exciting field of study and work.
